• To establish advanced infrastructure & facilities for clinical dermatology, dermatological procedures,aesthetic dermatology and trichology etc.
• We aim to impart to the postgraduate student along with academics, the ability to ethically innovate, mentor, participate and present papers and research in various National and International Conferences.

Mission

• To provide state of the art patient services encompassing Dermatology,Venereology and Leprosy.
• To provide equality in education in the field of Dermatology,venereology and leprosy for undergraduates and postgraduates students.
• Implementation of national health programs related to Leprosy and STIs.

Salient Features and Services Offered:

• The Department of Dermatology is a tertiary referral centre and provides out patient/inpatient services for the full spectrum of dermatology diseases with a wide variety of amenities.
• Caters to average 250- 300 daily OPD patients and emergency services24X7.
• The department runs the speciality clinics during OPD hours catering tothe needs of the diverse dermatological disease patients viz. vitiligo,psoriasis,paediatricdermatology,dermatopathologyetc.
• Dedicated Leprosy centre under the aegis of NLEP and STI services with counselling facility.
• Well-equipped procedure room for aesthetic and dermato surgical procedures including Fractional CO2,LPNd-YAG,Qswitched Nd-
